Planning to send your child to university? BIO: MARILYN STELZNER, independent university advisor – or college counselor in U.S. terminology. Certified from UCLA in College Counseling, and a member of the Overseas Association of College Admissions Counseling (OACAC) and the National Association of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC).
Marilyn began her career in advising students and parents on college admissions in northern California when implementing a new college counseling program for a public high school.
Prior to her career in college counseling, Marilyn worked in the software industry. Since moving to Switzerland in 2009, she works on a contract basis advising individual students and families at all stages of the university planning and application process. Marilyn also puts on workshops about university admissions through corporations and schools.

BIO: FROUKE GERBENS
Frouke’s career spans 18 years of management experience in higher education in accredited institutions in Switzerland and The Netherlands. Prior to her career in education, Frouke worked in the hotel industry. Frouke holds a Master degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Hotel Administration. Originally from The Netherlands, Frouke grew up as an expatriate child in Indonesia. Since then, she has lived and worked in five different countries on four different continents. Today, Frouke advises institutions of higher education on improving management practices. She is considered an expert in university admissions.
